Recently, we received a project that needs to customize an outdoor LED display advertising machine which will install near the sea. Comprehensive customer requirements and changes in the installation environment, our engineers comprehensively consider the following aspects when designing the LED cabinet:
1.The upper part of the LED cabinet is made of aluminum, which can improve corrosion resistance. Fans and heat extraction settings are added on the back to improve heat dissipation. The light-sensing probe designed on the side can intelligently adjust the brightness of the screen according to the external environment.
2.The lower part is the base which is made of iron, it can support the LED display well. The base will be used by customers to paste static advertisements. The base can be directly installed on the ground with screws, saving installation structure.
3.All wires are installed inside the led cabinet, this design can improve the appearance of the external structure of the display.
