How to deal with black screen when configure with synchronous control system?
When a new screen finished installation and started to configure, but nothing shows on display except full black, what should we do?
Below is some tips for your reference.
check the indicator lamp on controller,if lamp is off but all connection is well done, maight be issue of controller itself, we'll advise to swap a new one.
Check whether whole screen is powered on, from the indicator lamps on power supplys, or indicator of receiver is normal green flashing or not.
check your control PC is under duplicate mode.
check DVI cable,pull out and plug in again,if still can not work, just swap a new cable.(make sure controller is power off when do the plugging)
check the data cable from controller to screen body,try to re-plug, or swap a new one.
Try to connect controller to second cabinet with skipping first one, it is a way to exclude the issue of first receiving card.
Those are some tips you can try one by one step, hope it can help you do some simple troubleshooting.
