1. What is the warranty period for Litestar LED displays?

 
We provide a 2-3 year limited warranty on the entire screen (specific duration may vary depending on product series and project contract). The warranty starts from the date of delivery.
 

2. What does the warranty cover?

 
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, functional failures under normal use, and quality-related issues. All products undergo 100% aging tests before shipment and are certified with ISO9001, CE, RoHS, and SGS.
 

3. What is not covered under the warranty?

 
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper operation, incorrect installation, natural disasters, or man-made/malicious damage. Normal wear and tear of consumable parts is also excluded.
 

4. How do I make a warranty claim?

 
Please contact our after-sales team within the warranty period with your order number and photos/videos of the issue. We will respond within 24 hours and provide remote technical support or arrange repair/replacement as needed.
 

5. Do you provide after-sales service after the warranty expires?

 
Yes. We continue to offer paid repair services, spare parts supply, and technical consultation even after the warranty period ends. Long-term support is one of our core commitments.
