There are obvious differences between the synchronous control system and the asynchronous control system of LED display screens, which are mainly reflected in the following aspects:
Synchronous control system:

Features: This system ensures that the content of the LED display screen and the computer monitor are fully synchronized, that is, the content played on the computer will be displayed on the LED screen in real time.
Operation: It is usually necessary to install a computer near the LED screen or in the center of the computer room, and connect the computer and the LED display screen through a network cable to achieve synchronous display.
Application: It is suitable for occasions where local or network video, pictures, text and other information need to be displayed in real time, such as indoor or outdoor full-color LED display screens.
Advantages: It has the characteristics of real-time, complex operation, rich expression, etc., with an update rate of 60 frames/second, point-to-point display, and multi-grayscale color display.
Disadvantages: If the computer is turned off, the LED display screen will not be able to display anything, so the playback time is limited.

Asynchronous control system:

Features: The content displayed on the LED display is not synchronized with the computer content in real time. You need to set up the video, pictures, text and other information to be played in the computer software in advance, and then copy them to the LED display through the USB flash drive for playback.

Operation: There is no need to install a computer near the LED display, and the operation is relatively simple.

Application: Suitable for occasions where text, symbols, graphics or animations are mainly displayed, such as advertising screens, traffic guidance screens, etc.

Advantages: Simple operation, wide range of use, even if the computer is turned off, the LED display can still display the content normally.

Disadvantages: Limited storage space, limited playback content, and the content cannot be changed at any time. If the content needs to be changed, it needs to be reset in the computer software.

In summary, the synchronous control system is more suitable for applications that require real-time and high-quality display effects, while the asynchronous control system is more suitable for applications that do not require frequent changes in display content.
