4. Reasons for high-power LED lamp beads to burn out
01. The upper and lower filaments are called gold wires in our industry. They are made of pure gold and are used for conductivity. There are two positive poles and two negative poles. Really good products will have a fifth wire, which is welded to the Zener tube for protection.
02. The shortening of the filament clearly tells you that your lamp has been burned by a large current, which is equivalent to a short circuit.
03. The driving current of a high-power 1W lamp is about 350ma, and the working voltage is between 3.2-3.6V. Please pay attention when using it. Excessive current will definitely burn the lamp.
04. Generally, the aluminum substrates of three 1W lamps are driven by about 12V, and few are used directly at 220V. Check whether a constant current source or a 12V driving power supply is missing.
5. The reason why LED lamp beads on LED display screens turn yellow
The reason why LED outer sealant turns yellow is mostly due to the mismatch between epoxy resin and curing agent, but it cannot be ruled out that the outer sealant is baked for too long.
Solution: Buy a complete set of outer sealant and curing agent, such as fine chemical model 800 or 2339 glue, which will not cause the following situation. In addition, pay attention to production control and strictly follow the operation instructions to avoid reasons such as too long or insufficient baking time. This situation is very easy to control.
6. The reason why LED lamp beads leak electricity
The machine equipment is not grounded, and the personnel do not wear anti-static wristbands (must be corded). Improper electrostatic protection caused. In the packaging process, the solder wire PAD is soldered off, and finally there is a quality risk problem of the chip itself.
7. The LED lamp bead should be a capacitive or inductive load problem
In fact, it is neither. The LED lamp bead is a diode. It needs a forward conduction voltage to work, which is generally 2-3.5V. In addition, the current can control the brightness of the LED lamp bead. In other words, the LED lamp bead only converts electrical energy into light energy.
8. Reasons for the large light decay of LED lamp beads
1. The iron bracket has poor thermal conductivity.
